Installation:
Installation of the software is the act of making the software ready for execution. We execute the process of installation either by getting remote access to the system or by visiting the Institute/library site. The software is installed on an internal server or on the cloud server depending on customer requirements.
Customization:
Customization is an action of modifying the staff and user interface of the software according to the specifications or preferences of the library. As part of this process, we tailor software modules, reports, and the OPAC/Web OPAC based on customer needs.
Training
Training is essential to familiarize library staff with the software modules. We provide online and on-site training for our clients.The training includes the following modules of the software: Administration, Acquisition, Cataloguing, Patron Management, Circulation, Serial Control, Report generation, Advanced Search, etc.
Data Migration:
Data migration is the process of moving data from legacy systems to a new system. Data can originate from library holdings and library users. Data can be in any format, such as in excel sheets or in a file extracted from legacy software. We are able to migrate legacy library data to the software efficiently and accurately.
Technical Support:
Technical support includes troubleshooting the problems faced by the clients in operating the software and fixing the bugs in the software. We provide online as well as on-site support to our clients.Our technical team continuously stays in touch with the client after providing services.
